Billy was one of the kindest and best people I have ever known, and he deeply cared about others. I wish everyone had a heart and soul like Billy Moore. We sincerely appreciated him in the UA Division and Extension, he was one of our best. I will miss him and his stories, and I greatly appreciate the memories of our visits. Billy was a good friend and the big brother that I never had. His advice and encouragement were invaluable in high school and eventually later when our paths crossed at the University. Our friendship was durable across the years. During that time, he demonstrated his Christian values by educating and helping countless others through his work at the UA Plant Virology Lab, the UA County Extension Service and his church affiliations. Moreover, Billy was an intelligent kind soul with a tireless work ethic, a genuine love for mankind and a strong desire to help folks. His life work on this earth, no doubt, will provide a rippling effect as the many he has helped pass his kindness and examples on to others.

When my earthly tent is taken down, I will see you in the home that God has prepared in heaven. Rest in peace my friend.

Sincere condolences to Pam and Bills extended family and friends.

We have good memories of church services and activities with Pam and Billy. He was our "go to" when we had a question about a plant or tree in our yard. Always kind and patient. He was a good one. He will be missed. Prayers for all the family. Sending our love.

Uncle Bill, you’ve left a huge hole in our lives. You really were our only parent left and were always there for us. I know you’re in heaven still hugging everyone and telling them all your stories.

Billy Joe and I were class mates at Hatfield. He is the most successful member of our class. He had an important and wonderful professional career. I hope he has the beautiful coat that Ruby Martin made for him. I also hope he never has to wear shoes again and that there is a huge yard of old trucks and tractors for him to get running. May he rst in peace.
