Hey There Delbert... Merry Christmas... I know you loved Christmas and I miss you so much at this time of the year... it seems like its been forever since the last time Ive seen you and all though I know your looking down upon us sometimes missing you hurts more than words could ever say... I think of you often and I wish just one time my door would open at dinner time and it would be you there coming to have dinner with me and Adrianna and Tyler... You would love this little guy to death... he is such a character... I am so thankful for the time that we had with you but so sad that you are gone and not with us anymore even now! I have some Christmas lights up on the house this year and each time I turn them on I think of you and the time we went by the Fayetteville Square how much you loved seeing the lights... I thought of you while we were there the other night I know you were enjoying it with us from Heaven... I hope Carly is keeping you company now and that you know how much I love you and I always will! Merry Christmas!

I want to take a moment to thank each and everyone of you for your kind words.. As all of you know losing a loved one is very hard and it is often the kind words from a loving friend that will help us to get through that day that we think is impossible. Words could never express how greatful we are for those few simple caring words. I want each and everyone of you to know that Delbert cared deeply for you and would have done anything he could for you. He never meet a stranger and everyone was his friend. I would like to think each and everyone of you for helping to make his life as enjoyable as it was by simple being his friend.... God bless all of you.....
