Donna Darlene Tinsley
Age 88, a resident of Greenland, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2024 at her home. She was born November 13, 1935 in Bluejacket, Oklahoma, the daughter of Don Elmer and Lois Ann (Parker) Winton.
Donna retired from the University of Arkansas Poultry Science Department after a long and prestigious career.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Monroe Tinsley and her parents.
Survivors include four sons Ken Tinsley and wife Shirli of Wichita, Kansas, Don Kevin Tinsley and wife Nancy of Joplin, Missouri, John Keith Tinsley and wife Susan of Greenland, Arkansas, and Kyle Tinsley of New Orleans, Louisiana; seven grandchildren Michelle Adkins and husband Chad, Heather Allen and husband Justin, Christopher Pierson, Dennis Pierson, Troy Pierson and spouse Dean, Ryan Tinsley and John Tinsley; five great grandchildren Jacy Adkins, Lexi Allen, Cooper Allen, Riley Allen, and Lillian Pierson.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2024 - 10:00 A.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Baptist Ford Cemetery in Greenland, Arkansas, there will be no graveside service held.
