Douglas Glenn Wolfe, 63, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away on September 21, 2026. He was born on September 28, 1962, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, to Carl and Georgia Wolfe.
Douglas attended Farmington Schools, where he lettered in baseball, football, and basketball. He began his college education at North Arkansas Community College in Harrison, Arkansas, before transferring to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he earned a degree in Accounting. He spent most of his career as an accountant with Tyson Foods in Springdale, Arkansas.
Douglas was an avid golfer whose love of the game took him to some of the most storied courses in the world. He played Doral, the Ocean Course on Kiawah Island, Arrowhead, Castle Pines, and Southern Hills, and had the rare honor of teeing off at St. Andrews in Scotland, perhaps the oldest golf course in the world. For many years Doug enjoyed the tradition of an annual pheasant hunting trip in Baxter Springs, Kansas, with his father and brother.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Georgia Wolfe.
Douglas is survived by his brother Steven Wolfe and his sister Janice Wolfe.
