Eloise "Peggy" May Dobbs
Age 92 a resident Evansville, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 in Lavaca. She was born April 1, 1924 in Crawford County the daughter of Will and Mary (Meadows) Rose.
She was preceded in death by her husband Denver Rouse Dobbs, one daughter Billie Dobbs Griffin, one grandson Todd Dayberry, one great great grandson Hayden Nichols, two brothers Merle Fountain and Jeff Fountain and three sisters Nancy Andrews, Mildred "Mickie" Dobbs, and Marie Dobbs.
Survivors include one son Timothy Dobbs of Evansville, Arkansas; two daughters, Patricia Ellison and husband Ernest of Lavaca, Arkansas and Glynetta Dayberry of Alexander, Arkansas; two sisters Georgia Poplin and husband Archie of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Clesta Fields of Porter, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren Renee' Ellison Niemann, Shayne Ellison, Glynis Dayberry, Patrick Ellison, Denver Griffin, Farion Houston and Paula Lennington; twenty four great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, March 10th, 2017, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove. Burial will be in the Shady Grove Cemetery in Morrow, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
