Frank Alan Soares
Age 61, a resident of Lowell, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022 at his home. He was born September 16, 1960 in Richmond, California, the son of Frank Edward and Peggy Ann (Longmire) Soares.
He was preceded in death by his father Frank Soares, his mother Peggy Ann Soares-McGuire and his adopted father Phillip McGuire.
Survivors include his wife Teresa Soares; three sisters Jamie Calkins and her husband Doug of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Lynda Soares of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Melodie Dee of Pinole, California; five step daughters Casandra Toothaker, Jessica Kidd, Shannon Bryant, Natasha Plumley and Kim Plumley; numerous grandchildren; two nieces Christine Henry and Amanda Henry-Heinritz; and three nephews.
Family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
