Jimmie Faye Bignar Doughty
79 a resident of Farmington, Arkansas went to be with her Lord on May 7, 2016 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born January 22, 1937 in Jena, Louisiana, the daughter of William Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Hudnall Bignar
She was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, the Rev. Dr. Donald Doughty; two sons Ralph Doughty and wife Laurie of Houston, Texas and Jeffrey Doughty and wife Nita of Plaquemine, Louisiana and one daughter Reba Holmes of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; eight grandchildren Clint Doughty and wife Adrien, Nathan Doughty, Trevor Doughty, Martha Broussard and husband Ryan, Naomi Doll and husband Justin, Jude Doughty and wife Emily, Matthew Holmes and wife Jessica and Luke Holmes and wife Andrea; twelve great grandchildren; one brother Rev. Joey Bignar and wife Pat of Jonesboro, Louisiana; one sister Inez Keene of Jena, Louisiana and a host of nieces, nephews, and family.
Funeral service will be held Monday May 9, 2016 - 10:00 A.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove. Burial will be in Tidwell Landing Cemetery in Jena, Louisiana.
