Jocelyn Theola Butler Greene, age 94, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, went home to the Lord on December 15, 2024. She was the daughter of Floyd Butler and Jessie Heller and was born on June 10, 1930, in Iola, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Greene, and is survived by her daughter, Rachel Forrest, of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, and by her brother, Harry Goodrich, of Nellysford, Virginia.
Theola never met a stranger and leaves many friends in places where she lived, including Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Joplin, Missouri, and DeLand, Florida, where she spent many years caring for her aging mother. A devout Christian, she shared Christ’s love with all who were fortunate enough to know her.
