LeRoy L. Holm
Age 82, a resident of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born May 3, 1938 in Loveland, Colorado, the son of Olaf John and Violet (Hendrix) Holm.
He was preceded in death by his wife Glenda Belle Holm, his parents, two brothers Melburn and Gregg Holm, and two sisters Anita Holm and Judy Perky.
Survivors include one brother John Holm and his wife Mary; two sisters Pat Bale and her husband Dewey, and Melissa Wiley and her husband Duane; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Viewing will be held Thursday, January 14, 2021 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Please follow CDC guidelines for Covid-19 while in attendance.
Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
