Bob Ellis Stilley, age 77, a resident of Lincoln, passed away July 23, 2013 at his home. He was born April 4, 1936 in Twin Oaks, Oklahoma, the son of Jack and Marguerite Potts Stilley.
Bob served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He spent 27 years working maintenance at the Washington County Courthouse and another 7 years after retiring, working for the Washington County Election Commission. He was an avid fisherman and loved refurbishing boats.
He was preceded in death by one son, Eric Hayes.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Litha of the home; one son, Marty Hayes and wife Diane of Greenland; three daughters, Linda Mefford and husband John of Springdale, Bobbie Reynolds of Lincoln and Tammy Rice of Rhode Island. Eighteen grandchildren and twenty seven great grandchildren. He is also survived by six half brothers, one half sister, several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Memorial service will be held Friday, June 26, 2013 - 10:00 A.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove.
