Charles L. Stacks

82 a resident of Cane Hill, Arkansas, passed away September 8, 2011 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born November 17, 1928 in Wheeler, Arkansas, the son of Ray and Lottie Ferguson Stacks.

Charles served in the United States Army during the Korean War in the 936 artillery battalion.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Stacks, one son, Dennis Stacks ; one brother, Billy Stacks and two sister, Mima Glass and Bertha Whitfield.

Survivors include one son, Harold Stacks of Morrow, Arkansas; one daughter, Reba Mobley of Lincoln, Arkansas; one brother, Loyd Stacks of Tyler, Texas; one sister, Dora Faye Newby of Fayetteville, Arkansas; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Monday evening from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
