Daryl R Vines
Age 81, a resident of Farmington, passed away Monday, December 18, 2017 at Willard Walker Hospice House in Fayetteville. He was born December 25, 1935 in Greenland, the son of C E and Jessie (Wilcox) Vines.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Harold Vines and his grandparents Porter and Annie Wilcox.
Survivors include his nieces Lana Hammons and Glenda Houston; great nephew Clay Hammons; great nieces Kelly Penn, Karen Whitfield; great great nieces and nephew Alexis Beasley, Kylan Whitfield and Matt Thomas; cousins Wilburn Davis, Porter Wilcox, Lavenna Elizabeth Wilcox and Dale Wilcox.
"Da" was the rock for the whole family. He enjoyed telling old tales and visiting with his HAM radio buddies. He retired from Warner Cable.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 20, 2017, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, December 21st, 2017, at Baptist Ford Cemetery in Greenland, Arkansas.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Oren Hays, Ivan Bromley, Phil Terry, Earl Ridenoure, Tommy Davis - his past co-workers of Trans-Video and Warner Cable.
