Ellene Morris Shumate
Age 93, a resident of Greenville, Mississippi, and previous resident of Farmington, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018 in Greenville, Mississippi. She was born February 14, 1925 in Atkins, Arkansas, the daughter of Alton Dewey and Dora (Kinder) Morris.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Shumate, one son Ronald Shumate, two brothers Alfred and Billy Morris and two sisters Betty Williams and Peggy Rezai.
Survivors include her brother Alton Don Morris of Greenville, Mississippi and three nephews Michael Morris, Monte Morris, and Jimmy Williams; three nieces Linda Williams, Natasha Rezai and Angela Rezai.
Funeral Service will be held Monday, November 26, 2018 - 10:00 a.m. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Cemetery Hill Cemetery, there will be no graveside service held.
