I met Frances when I was 5 years old at a neighborhood Bible study. She planted the first seeds of salvation in me and taught me about wearing the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6). To this day, whenever I come across that passage in the Bible, I always think of her.

She blessed so many lives and I'm thankful that I was one of them.

I feel very blessed to have known Francis for all my life. Growing up at Howe Savoy Bible Church I came to love Francis very much; and even more important, came to know Christ through her ministry. She is one of the sweetest and dearest women I know & she will be missed!
