Glen Henry Douthit

75 a resident of Lincoln, went to be with his Lord on October 8, 2013 at his home. He was born January 9, 1938 in Siloam Springs, the son of Bill and Ruth Reeder Douthit.

Glen proudly served in the United States Navy.

He attended the Prairie Grove Christian Church and was a very devout Christian.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Virginia, one brother, Jimmy and one sister, Billie Jean.

Survivors include his wife Karen Douthit; three daughters, Marilyn McKinzey of Florida, Glenda Christie of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Terrica Odom of Lincoln; two brothers, George Douthit and Russell Douthit; two sisters Berta Mae Bass and Juanita Miller; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove.

Funeral service will be held Friday, October 11, 2013 - 2:00 P.M. at the Prairie Grove Christian Church. Graveside service with Military Honors will follow at 4:00 P.M. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs.
