We are so sorry to hear of your mother's death at this late date.

She was a very good friend and a great supporter or our kids in sports.

I was shocked to find out that Granny had had a heart attack Saturday morning and that she probably wouldn’t make it. Granny was unique and a wonderful person. Granny has been a family friend and neighbor of ours for many years. She was my Granny Mae’s best friend, and I considered her as my own Granny and she considered me as her own Grandson. She loved everyone that she knew and loved to visit with whoever had a moment and always enjoyed a vacation to anywhere in Arizona with Van.

She will never be forgotten, she truly did give more gifts than she ever received to whom ever she knew, whither it was her company, antiques, or the domestic home goods that she had bought on clearance at store 144. Granny has gone to heaven and is with the two men that she loved and her stiff left knee is now flexible again. She no longer needs the cane that all her kind co-workers had bought and signed for her. I remember when she got that and showed it to me. She was proud that they thought that much of her and loved that they did such a kind dead like that for her. I wish Granny the best with her eternal life and know that she will be missed by our family as well as every single friend, child, grandchild, great grandchild, and family member, wither they are a member of her imitate or extended family.

Granny was a wonderful person and I hope that everyone will keep a small piece of her in their hearts and remember our Granny Helen.

Granny truly is a great lady. Warm full of compassion. Her smile was like gold and she had one for everyone in her life.She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Theres so much that should be said at this time but no words seem adequate.

Just hope you know you are being thought about and cared about and hope you find a special comfort in knowing your mother and your sister and what she meant to you will remain in your hearts forever, We will all miss Granny and we are happy she was also a small part of our lives to.

I met Granny when I went to work at Wal-Mart in 1998. Instantly I knew there was something speacial about her.

She told me that I was now her child and she would look after me.

At the time I was young and was going through family issues. I did not have a car or a way back and fourth from Lincoln to Wal-Mart in Fayetteville.

I presented my situation to Granny and without asking she gladly offered me a ride every day. The only payment she wanted was my company. We worked the same shift and it never failed at 4:15 am sharp I heard the horn honk and there she was waiting to give me a ride. Always there, she never failed rain or snow.

That was just how Granny was, always there to lend you a hand when you needed it most.

She took me in like I was her own and guided me through those tough times.

I can not begin to explain the pain I feel. I can not imagine how her family must feel.

We lost somebody special and caring that day. The world lost a true Saint. Store 144 will never be the same.

Granny will be forever missed.

We all know one thing for sure, Granny is with her lord now and she would not want us to be sad. She would want us to carry on and think back to the good times we all shared.

As I grow older I will always carry a piece of her in my heart, no matter how broken it may seem now. She tought me how to love and forgive. Those lessons will be with me forever.

Granny I miss you dearly! I will never forget you or what you did for me.

Granny was such a nice person. She would always help anyone. She was very respected and we all looked up to her.

I will miss her dearly and I just saw her a few weeks ago. We had the best conservation.

I have know her since 1998.

If someone is lucky, they will get to find someone as special as Granny once in a lifetime. She was such a great listener and she really cared about everyone around her.

She thought the world of her family and her grand children.

We will all miss Granny dearly and remember her for the rest of our lives.

She is now in a better place with no worries or troubles. She is now with her mom and all those so close to her that have already gone home.

I pray for strength in this unimaginable time for Teresa, Jenica, and Matt, along with the whole family.

I just cannot believe that she is gone.

She is in a better place now looking down upon us and smiling.

Granny was one of the most special persons that anyone would have been lucky enough to of got to know and share so short of precious time with, no matter how short, because we are not promised tomorrow.

Granny would tell all of us right now that it will be ok and not to worry that she is ok and in the arms of God with so many other loved ones.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. Helen (Granny) and I went way back in l989 when we both worked at WestLake Ace Hardware in Fayetteville. She was a wonderful woman, touched many of lives. She never met a stranger. If no one ever knew her name, all you had to say was "Granny" and and then they knew who you were talking about. She was the one and only. Granny was the light that shined in the darkest room. No matter how bad you thought your day was all you had to do was go to granny,and she would make it all go away. She was everyone's sunshine that will still shine for us for many days to come.

Granny was always there for me , she would hear my gripes or complaints and give great advice. It was a great break when I see her in the breakroom. I will miss her stories, her "fights " with Sam.

Teresa, you and your family have my deepest sympathy. I've been praying to the Lord to comfort you during your time of grief and loss. Granny was one-of-a-kind! My heart is heavy knowing that Granny won't greet me everytime I saw her at Wal-Mart. She was a sweet, sweet lady and will be greatly missed by anyone that knew her or even just remembers her from Wal-Mart. She always had a minute to say hello and she always called me "Hon". The last time I spoke with her she was anxious to get into her new department so everyone could see how nice it was going to be. She always had a smile and a wave across the parking lot. Bless Granny and all that loved her.

I worked with her for three years. She was my supervisor and was a great freind to me when my son died. She will be greatly missed!

Granny was one of the most special people on this earth. She knew how to make people feel special, how to make them feel good about themselves. She showed me how much courage I had in me. That I could make a diffrence when I just couldn't believe in myself. I am stronger because of her.

I can not tell you how many times today I could have sworn that I saw her, working as usual, with that unforgettable smile.

After watching the family memories video i started to cry missing her then i remember granny would want us to be happy than sad and i fond memories of her and i am truly blessed to have her path cross my life path. I will always remember on the last friday i saw she gave me a hug and said bye dear she was always a fierce friend and someone that always was there for anyone needing a shoulder to cry on and smile when something good happened. Granny was an amazing lady who was always there for everyone around her. Her faith in the Lord and people in general was always very humbling. She meant a lot to me and many many others. Her presence has already been missed and will continue to be missed.

I will always remember what a kind-hearted person Granny was. She never met a stranger, and wanted to help everyone. She had such compassion for her friends and family. One thing that I loved about her the most was how much she loved the Lord. I'm glad that she knew where she was headed when she left her friends and family to begin her journey beyond this life. Granny was the greatest, most caring person anyone could ever hope to meet. We feel so lucky that we were allowed to be part of her life. All of us were Granny's kids and she always made time for everyone of us. And always had a hug and a smile ready for anyone who might need it. I saw a photo of our Granny today standing on a hill, with arms opened wide, and a huge smile on her face. I know in my heart thats what she looks like in heaven...Happy and free and glad to be home.

I dearly want to express how much granny as I knew her, meanth to me . She was the laughter in the whole day, the smile that brought me up even when I felt bad or she felt bad too, she always made us both feel good, by just saying the right things. We always were good friends. I loved her very much. I always say god had a reason for wanting her in heaven with her...and I know she islooking down at us and gonna watch over all of us like she always has... It will always be hard to miss her. As I entered the breakroom saturday morning Granny was already seated at a table. I had my usual bisquit and the morning newspaper and started to go to an empty table but for some unknown reason decided to set with Granny. We visited and shared the newspaper not realizing that this would be the last time I would get to speak with her. She was a very special LADY that touched so many lives. She will be greatly missed by all that had the privilege of knowing her.
