James E. Ward

74 a resident of Lincoln, passed away March 2, 2015 at his home. He was born January 29, 1941 in Greeley, Colorado, the son of Robert William and Eleanor Florine Vanderlip Ward.

He was preceded in death by his wife Judy Faye Vinson Ward, his parents, two brothers, Robert Ray and William Dean Ward.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Collins Ward; one son James Eugene Ward Jr. and wife Janet of Prairie Grove; one daughter Rhonda Joiner and husband Herman of Lincoln; four step children Deana Roberts and husband Dennis, Kim Jones, Lori Devecsery and husband Brian, and Trish Collins; one brother Jack Ward and wife Connie of Lincoln; one sister Litha Stilley also of Lincoln; twelve grandchildren James Ward III and wife Amy, Joey Ward, Jacob Ward, Chloe Joiner, Bradley, Macey, Grant, Collin, Cooper, Bree, Jesse, Caleb.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held Friday, March 6, 2015 - 10:00 A.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove with burial in Sugar Hill Cemetery.
