Obituary
Nina L. Hand, 102, a resident of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away Monday, August 3, 2026, in Springdale. She was born December 31, 1923, in Springdale, the daughter of Grover and Pearle (Casey) Hall.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Buford Hand Sr.; her parents, Grover and Pearle Hall; and five siblings, Charles, Inez, Maxine,Roberta, and Ruth.
She is survived by three children, Buford Hand Jr., Joyce Hegglund, and Linda Thurman; two siblings, Barbara and Alan; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Nina was a devoted mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She also had a green thumb.
The family will receive friends Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 3:00–4:00 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove.
