Shannon Gaye Meadors Cook
67 a resident of West Fork, passed away February 15, 2014 at her home. She was born January 30, 1947 in Flat Rock, Arkansas, the daughter of Joe and Clarine Bradley Meadors.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Eddie Meadors and Roger Meadors.
Survivors include her husband Larry Cook; two sons, Theoran Campbell of Fayetteville and Robin Fields and wife Jamie of West Fork; three brothers Eugene and wife Anita Meadors of Winslow, Fred and wife Linda of Farmington, and Roy Meadors of Farmington; four sisters, Josaphine McGaugh and husband Frank of West Fork, Winnie Carmean and husband Eddie of Springdale, Peggy Comley of Centerton, and Laura Price and husband Kenny of Elm Springs.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 20, 2014 - 1:00 P.M. at Kenney Cemetery at Frog, Arkansas.
