James C. Osburn 85, of Fayetteville, passed away March 28, 2018 at Fayetteville. He was born in Brannan Mountain on September 18, 1932 to Jesse And Eva Evans Osburn. He served in the US Army, was a retired truck driver for Tyson Foods, and a member of the Mt. Salem Full Gospel Church. James was predeceased by his son, Jimmy Don Osburn; his parents; one brother, Edgar Osburn; and three sisters, Velma Baker, Wilma Baker, and Berniece Isley. He is survived by his wife, Aneta; one son, Randy Osburn of Greenland; one daughter, Kathy Jones of Wesley; three brothers, Walter "Demi" Osburn of Brannan Mountain, Carl Osburn of Great Bend, Kansas, and Lloyd "Sonny" Osburn of Hazel Valley; three sisters, Rema Moore, Peggy Drummond, and Willadean Drummond all of Elkins; six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 31, 2018, 2:00 p.m., at the Wesley Cemetery with Brother Ray Shackleford officiating. Pallbearers will be AJ Jones, Matt Malloy, Bobby Osburn, Colton Osburn, David Osburn, Dustin Yerton. Honorary pallbearers will be Levi McQueen, Maverick McQueen, Kenny Enderland, Case Endlerland, and Chris Shaddrick.
