70, a resident of Farmington, Arkansas, passed away August 3, 2015 in Fayetteville. She was born June 30, 1945 at Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of Clarence and Velma McDonald Phillips
She was preceded in death one son, Michael W. Willis, one sister, Juanita Lockhart and one brother Darrell Phillips.
Survivors include two daughters, Marla Voyles of Farmington, Arkansas, and Deana Daniels and husband David of Springdale, Arkansas; one brother, Duane Phillips of Bella Vista, Arkansas; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 8, 2015 - 10:00 A.M. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas with Glen Faulkner officiating. The services will be live streamed on the Luginbuel Web Page.
