I remember standing in the lunch line with you as freshmen at PGHS. We didn't have a car yet, but we had a good time every day! And then so much more...square dancing, football, Mr Whitaker's class, Mr Dalmut's class...

Doug came to our 30th class reunion last year out in a barn in PG. It was a little like standing in the lunch line again. I'm glad he came. He will be missed.

I can’t express my sadness for you all. He was one of a kind and I will always think of him like a little brother. Prayers to the whole family for peace.

We were part way to Ohio when Travis Kegans called to tell us about Doug's passing. We remain in shock. Doug was a good person and a friend to us. You have our heartfelt sympathy and prayers.

Doug was our realtor for a year or so, and became a good friend, as well. He was a professional, and very knowledgeable about real estate. But was often funny and friendly. My husband, Tony and I will greatly miss our Friend! Prayers for his family! ??

So many words come to mind but I just can find the right ones. You came into my life when I was Junior in high and we instantly clicked as friends. That bond never frayed. God has reason that he took you home to be with him. I will try my hardest to keep the world going without you. It will difficult bcz I will miss my friend. Much love my brother. Rest in Peace Doug.
