Elma Gail Watkins
Age 87, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born July 11, 1930 in Lincoln, Arkansas, the daughter of Toad and Lucy Beatrice (Ozbun) Mitchell.
Gail volunteered at Lincoln Public Library and served as Library Board President for a portion of that time.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son Randall Watkins; one daughter Lucinda Watkins; one sister Betty Mitchell and one brother Pete Mitchell.
Survivors include one son Tim Watkins of Lincoln; two daughters Cheryl Eastridge and husband Doyle of Farmington and Ruth Mobley and husband Bryan of Fayetteville; three brothers Red Mitchell of Redley, California, Oscar Mitchell and wife Sharon also of Redley, California and Charles Mitchell of Lincoln; nine grandchildren Randall Watkins Jr., Darrell Watkins, Saleh Watkins, Gregory Cook, Russell Cook, Patrick Eastridge, Megan Mobley, Allison Mobley and Mitchell Mobley; twelve great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
No service will be held, burial was in Beaty Cemetery.
