Joy Lou Bailey
83, a resident of Farmington, passed away September21st, 2024. She was born November 6th, 1940 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the Daughter of Earl and Ruby Ralston.
Joy, enjoyed being with her children and grandchildren as often as possible. She loved cooking for her family. She had a great love and patience for her 4 dogs and 2 cats. She was a generous, loving, genuine, hardworking mother of three who persevered through good times and tough times.
Joy was a member of the Farmington Church of Christ
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Carson Bailey.
Survivors include her two daughters; Lisa Harvey of Fayetteville, AR and Tammy (David) Ward of Fayetteville, AR; her son, Shawn Bailey of Fayetteville, AR; Her stepson Ricky Bailey of Bentonville, AR; Her grandson Lance Bailey of Farmington, AR, John Harvey of Fayetteville, AR, Kaitlyn (Jesse) Clark of Morrilton, AR, Kimberly Ward of Springdale, AR and Samuel Bailey of Fayetteville, AR ; and eight great grandchildren.
Burial will be at Farmington Cemetery on Double Springs Road in Farmington, AR 72730, with a private family service, there she will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Carson.
