Laverne Bruce Cary
93, a resident of Corpus Christi, Texas and former resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away June 25, 2009 in Corpus Christi. She was born September 16, 1915 at Princeton, Indiana, the daughter of Welzie E. and Otta Edwards Bruce.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Laverne was preceded in death by her husband, Noble Woodrow Cary and one son, Stephen Bruce "Chip" Cary.
Survivors two daughters, Lynn Bridges of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Ann Wilson of Austin, Texas; four grandchildren.
Service will be at a later date. Interment will be in the Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Memorial may be mad to the United Methodist Church in Prairie GRove, Arkansas, or to the Richardson Center in Springdale, Arkansas.
