Margaret Maxine Redfern, age 88, a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away June 8, 2013 at Prairie Grove Health and Rehab. She was born January 10, 1925 in West Fork, the daughter of John M. and Treola E. Phillips McDonald.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Redfern, one daughter Charlene Risley, one son, Butch Redfern; one sister, Edna Rieff, one brother Lawrence McDonald and one granddaughter, Kennene Thompson.
Survivors include one daughter, Cathy L. Rhodes and husband William of Springfield, Missouri; six grandchildren, Billy, Kevin, Kerry, Catrina, Cami and Cassy; eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday, June 13, 2013- 1:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove. Burial will be in McDonald Cemetery, there will be no graveside service held at the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Grandsons Kevin Redfern, Kerry Redfern, Billy Thompson, Jason Raith, Richard Hernandez, Charlie Thompson, Pete Anderson.
