Survived by his father and mother Marion and Viola Smith of Fayetteville, Arkansas: one brother Scott and his wife Diane Smith of Elkins, Arkansas; one sister Karen Sue and her husband Larry Tuck of Fayetteville, Arkansas: ten nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 7, 2010 - 10:00 A.M. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Interment will be in Zinnamon Cemetery at Strickler, Arkansas.
