William Gene "Bill" Loughridge
Age 74, a longtime resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away Friday, April 5, 2024 at his home. He was born November 29, 1949 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the son of John and Geneva (Tyree) Loughridge.
Bill retired from the Army National Guard after 20 years of service. He served two tours in Vietnam, served in Operation Desert Shield - Desert Storm.
He was a loving father.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Johnny Loughridge, two sisters Leona Dobbs and Wanda Leach; and his life partner Mary Lou James.
Survivors include one son David Loughridge; three daughters Amy McClintock, Laurie Loughridge, and Ashley Loughridge; one step daughter Laura Lee James; four grandchildren Ian Hart, Joshua Henderson, Kenneth Hughes, and Cody Loughridge; one brother J.T. Loughridge; one sister Indus Gadd; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
