Christopher Lee Kichline

Age 45, a resident of Dallas, Texas, passed away Monday, February 17, 2025 in Dallas, Texas. He was born June 4, 1979 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the son of Lee Albert Kichline and Regena Lee (McCarty) Bolin.

Chris dedicated over 20 years to the world of color guard, shaping the artistry and skill of countless students across North Texas. As a Color Guard Director, he inspired performers to push their limits, leading teams through numerous competitions and earning an array of trophies and accolades. His passion extended beyond the field—he was a steadfast presence at summer camps, sharing his expertise with aspiring performers year after year.

Beyond color guard, Chris found joy on the softball field as both a player and coach within the Pegasus Slow Pitch Softball Association. His leadership shone brightly as he guided his rookie team twice to the Softball World Series, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

An entrepreneur at heart, Chris also took pride in running his own business, bringing the same dedication and drive that defined every other aspect of his life. Whether as a beloved friend, teammate, coach, teacher, partner, boss, or son, he left an indelible mark on those who had the privilege of knowing him.

His legacy lives on in the hearts of those he mentored and befriended. May his memory continue to inspire all who were touched by his kindness and passion.

Survivors include his mother and step father Regena and Keith Bolin of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one brother Curtis Kichline and his wife Lida Sparks of Lincoln, Arkansas; one niece Sunshine Kichline of Lincoln; and two nephews Byron Kichline and Earlie Kichline both of Lincoln;

The family will hold a memorial service Saturday, March 15, 2025 - 10:30 A.M. at the Zinnamon Church in West Fork, Arkansas, with Brian Kichline officiating.
