Billy Ray Parker
52, a resident of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away May 31, 2007 near Hickory, North Carolina. He was born April 20, 1955 at Yuba City, California the son of Vernon and Opal Richey Parker.
Billy loved his grandchildren. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing the guitar.
He was preceded in death by his father Vernon Parker.
Survivors include his wife Diane Parker of the home; two daughters, Treina Garrigus of Centerton, Arkansas, and Tracey Renfrow of Bentonville, Arkansas; his mother, Opal Murphy of Marysville, California; one step-son Chris Mahurin of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one stepdaughter, April Mahurin of Marysville, California; four brothers, Gene Parker of Loma Rica, California, Jay Parker of Sutter, California, Darrell Parker of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, and Jerry Don Parker of Marysville, California; four sisters, Geraldine Bushnell of Yuba City, California, Kay McKasson, Alice Jo Spiva, and Linda Sue Hargrave all of Marysville, California; five grandchildren, Taylor, Hunter, McKenzie, Michael, and Anthony.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 5, 2007 - 2:00 P.M. at the Luginbuel Chapel Prairie Grove, Arkansas, with Brother Paul Young officiating. Burial will be in the Prairie Grove Cemetery Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Butch Bollinger, Len Richey, Richard Mehnert, Harold Bottoms, Alvin Eden, and Steve Pannell.
