James "Eugene" Cooper, 71, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born February 22, 1946 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the son of Marshall Eugene and Mary Louise (Wilson) Cooper.
He was preceded in death by his father, Marshall Cooper.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Boyd Cooper; one son, Lynn Cooper and wife Stephanie; one daughter, Kaylene Davis; his mother, Louise Cooper; one brother, Richard Cooper and wife Kandy; six grandchildren, Jason Cooper and wife Heather, Chance Cooper, Laramie Cooper and wife Kayleigh, Cody Davis, Jessica Davis and JP Carter, two great-grandchildren, Kenleigh Cooper and Layton Cooper; His dogs, Peaches and Annie; Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and Friends.
Memorial Service will be held, September 16, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the Luginbuel Chapel. Burial was in the Scott Cemetery.
