Linda Lou Phillips

65 a resident of Fayetteville, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord September 27, 2008 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. She was born June 21, 1943 at Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of Wiley Bert and Hazel Lorene Secrist Jones.

She was a member of the New Sulphur Free Will Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Phillips.

Survivors include two sons, Gary Wayne Phillips of West Fork, Arkansas and Robert Eugene Phillips of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one daughter, Terresa Rae Meyer of Fayetteville, Arkansas; nine grandchildren, Channel Tess Meyer, Chelsey E. Treat, Jarod Satterfield, Katelan Phillips, Justin Austin, Tyler Phillips, V.J. Meyer, Joey Meyer and Janelle Doss; ten great grandchildren, Kaden Watts, Jenna Meyer, Dallas Meyer, Colt Meyer, Ashley Meyer, Reigen Meyer, Rion Meyer, Reid Meyer, Halen Doss and McKenna Doss; two brothers, James Jones of Gravette, Arkansas and Kenneth Jones of Strickler, Arkansas; one sister, Delores Hutchens of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.

Funerals Service will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2008 - 10:00 A.M. at the New Sulphur Free Will Baptist Church near Prairie Grove, with Bro. Glen Faulkner and Bro. Randy Burris officiating. Burial will be in Howell Cemetery Hogeye, Arkansas. No grave side services will be held at the cemetery.

I remember when the kids were in school at Greenland is when I first got aquainted with the family.. I remember how pretty the ladies were. Over the years we crossed paths and then Janelle became a classmate of my son at West Fork, and she became special to me...Linda was a very loving and kind, talented person.. She was always smiling when I would see her at Church. My prayers go out to all of you at this time. God Bless you....
