Neoma “Bobbie” George

98, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord on December 16, 2009 at Prairie Grove Health and Rehab in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. She was born July 25, 1911 in Doxy, Oklahoma, the daughter of Arron and Maude Males Sanders.

She was a member of the New Sulphur Free Will Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jess George, one son Alfred Carter, two grandson, Barry Palmer and Perry Wayne Gum.

Survivors include one son Doc Carter of Yukon, Oklahoma; Two daughters Jackie Hawk of Prairie Grove, Arkansas and Pat Rogers of West Fork, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the New Sulphur Church Family

I am so sorry to hear about Ms. Bobbie. I am also sorry that I am just now finding out. I loved sister Bobbie. Growing up she always was like a grandmother to me! I just want the family to know that I am sorry for your loss and that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

To our adopted family,we love you so much.I know this is hard,but what a lovely time of year to be called home.Grandma is be missed dearly,and what blessed reunions she is now having. I know a certain little lady that is waiting with open arms to welcome her home.I can hear them giggling already.Our love and prayers are with you all.
