Penny Dean Ball

Age 64, a resident of Westville, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2025 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born March 6, 1961 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of Elven Flavous and Wilma Dean (Moore) Cheatham.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Mary Cheatham, one brother-in-law Ronald Hansen; one niece Shelly Reed and one nephew Anthony Hansen.

Survivors include her husband Rick Ball; one son Derek Ball; one brother Gary Cheatham; one sister Vicky Hansen; one sister-in-law Lisa Simmons; one brother-in-law Jackie Ball; and eleven nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, April 25, 2025, 6:00-7:00 PM at Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, April 26th, 2025, at Liberty Baptist Church in Dutch Mills, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Dutch Mills Cemetery, there will be no graveside service held.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Liberty Baptist Church.
