Earl Dale Phillips, of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, 70, A resident of West Fork, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born January 25, 1956 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the son of Earl Lee and Zelda Junita (Perguson) Phillips.
Dale was a dedicated employee of the City of Fayetteville for 45yrs.
He is preceded in death by his father, Earl Lee Phillips, Grandparents, Opal May Phillips, Earney Lee Phillips, Christopher Austin Pergeson, and Mildred Mae Pergeson and brothers, Larry Lynn Phillips, and Roy Lee Phillips.
He is survived by his Wife Alexa Phillips of West Fork, Arkansas; two children, Katrina Brown and her husband Telly of The Colony, Texas; and Earney Dale Lee Phillips of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; his mother, Zelda Junita Pergeson; four siblings, Karon Jones (Clarence), Opal Lumpkin (Wayne), Melton Ray Phillips (Patti), and Leon Phillips (Leann); Two Grandchildren, Mason Brown, and Kira Wellegehausen and her husband Steven; One great grandchild, Aureleon Wellegehausen.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 2, 2026, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home. Burial will be at Prairie Grove Cemetery.
