Harold Dwayne Yates, 85, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away Friday, September 11, 2026 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born February 4, 1941 in , the son of Denver and Edna (Stubbs) Yates.
Harold was a Navy and Air Force Veteran.
He is preceded in death by his wife Karon Yates; one grandchild, Kaylene Jetton; and one brother, Billy Yates.
He is survived by two children, Karon Lamproe (Randy) and Dwayne Yates (Melinda); one brother, Everett Yates (Dana); five grandchildren, Malea Easter (Rickey), Randa Lamproe, Kevin Yates, Denver Yates, and Carson Yates; nine great-grandchildren;
Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, September 17th, 2026, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Prairie Grove Cemetery in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. No graveside service will be held at the cemetery.
