Jephaline Sue Smith
Age 88, a resident of West Fork, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2023 at Fayetteville Health & Rehab. in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born August 5, 1935 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of Howard W. and Stella (Slaten) Henson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Curtis Wayne Smith, and four children Linda Smith, Billy Smith, Rickey Smith and Teresa Smith-Dash.
Survivors include one son Roy Lee Smith; son-in-law, Anthony Dash; one brother Charles Henson; nine grandchildren and twenty seven great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, November 30th, 2023, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Prairie Grove Cemetery, there will be no graveside services held.
