Mary Lee was a wonderful friend to our mother . They loved to talk on phone calls and laugh . We still miss our mom and MaryLee will be missed. Our love, thoughts and prayers are with Paula and the family.

MaryLee was a true one of a kind with a live lived to the fullest. Made of true grit and I’m sooo grateful to have had the chance to meet and spend time with her. The Bassham family is very grateful to all MaryLee did on their behalf. We love her very much and know that she will continue to look down on Paula and her family from above.

Oh, my heart hurts, but I know how happy she is to be with Barney & everyone else! She was so witty, loving, and sweet! One of the best persons I ever knew!

What a sweet and gentle spirit this woman possessed! She set a wonderful example for us to live by. My parents were friends of Barney and Mary for many years. Our prayers are for Paula and family now.

Paula, you know how much I loved Mary Lee. I loved growing up watching her and Grandma McClain being friends who laughed and cried together. From now on, they can laugh and talk all they want, without waiting their turn on the party line. ??
