John Sheridan Allison

Age 66, a lifetime resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He was born February 23, 1956 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the son of John Clinton (J.C.) and Kathleen (Bartholomew) Allison.

He was preceded in death by his father J.C. Allison, one son Jonathan Scott Allison Sr., grandparents Wallace and Edna Bartholomew, and Randall Parks Allison.

Survivors include his life companion Sherri Kelley; sons Joshua Sheridan Allison and Jonathan Kelley(Melanie); grandchildren Jasmine Allison, Emma Grace Kelley, Jonathan Allison, and Champayne Byrd; his mother Kathleen Allison Cates (Gene); brother Mark Allison; sister Debbie Brummett; numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends.

The family will receive friends Sunday, November 13, 2022, 3:00-4:00 PM at Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, November 14th, 2022, at Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Prairie Grove Cemetery.

Sheridan always made us laugh, we had some good skeet shoots with him and he would always be there if we needed something . When he would pull in the driveway jerry and I knew we would be there for awhile visiting and listening to stories and I loved it . My heart breaks for his entire family .

Heart broken we go way back as Kathleen watching us after school till my mom got home from school. I remember one time he peeled a turnip and told me it was a potato boy did I ever get a surprise. This guy will be forever missed, loved him like a brother! Till we meet again Sheridan??
